At the bar, the group’s cocktail maestro, Jim Wrigley, has worked closely with executive chef, Anthony Horn, to create a range of mixed drinks that incorporate the same fresh herbs and spices used in the food. Cocktails, as always, will be the star of the show.
Many of the cocktails are available in non-alcoholic versions, and many of the drinks are either vegan-friendly or can easily made vegetarian, gluten-free or vegan whilst remaining delicious and perfectly balanced.
Outside of the cocktail selection, Garden Room will also offer an extensive range of quality products, from specialist spirits, teas, organic and biodynamic wines, single origin coffee, fresh cold-pressed juices, artisan beers and local ciders all the way down to our coconut water and kombucha.
